Spelling Lists 3.4: Our pattern is PLURALS. How did the root or base word change when you added a plural? No change, just add the s; just add es; double the final consonant then add es; change the y to an i + es. Hmm, do you see the patterns. Sort your words. Use your best spelling practice to learn and retain the pattern. Don't forget to take a practice test on Wednesday or Thursday and practice those tricky words. Here's a link to your words.
