Dear Student and Parents,
Homework due by Friday, August 21, 2015:
1. Two signatures (student and parent) on back of disclosure document
2. Five things in a bag (size from small lunch sack to no larger than plastic grocery sack). Fill the back with 5 items that tell something about you. You could bring in a family picture, something you have drawn or made, a picture of an instrument you play, favorite book, game, rock, or anything that tells us more about you.
